Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Triven Cinema (“the Service”), operated by Enoylity Media Creations LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

Triven Cinema generates video from text prompts and scripts using third-party AI models running on cloud GPUs. Output is produced by machine learning systems and will vary in quality. We do not guarantee that any particular render will match your expectations.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• Sign-in is by email link or one-time code. Keep access to your inbox secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and payment

• Renders are paid for with credits, purchased in packs via Stripe.
• Credits are deducted when a render starts and returned automatically if it fails.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
• Prices may change; changes never apply to credits you already hold.

4. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the prompts, scripts and reference images you upload. Subject to your payment and these terms, you own the videos you generate and may use them commercially.

You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit your content solely to operate the Service. We do not use your content to train models.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not upload reference images of people without their permission, and do not generate content depicting real people in false or defamatory situations.

6. Storage and retention

Finished videos are stored for 30 days, then deleted automatically. We email you a warning before deletion. Download anything you want to keep. We are not liable for content lost after this period.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. GPU capacity is supplied by third parties and can be constrained. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination for breach, unused credits are forfeited.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
