Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 2 August 2026
Triven Cinema is a creative tool. This policy sets out what you may not do with it. Breaching it may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of unused credits.
Do not generate
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a minor. This is reported to the authorities without exception.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person.
- Content depicting a real, identifiable person saying or doing something they did not, where it is presented as genuine — including political deepfakes and fabricated endorsements.
- Content that incites violence against a person or group, or that promotes terrorism.
- Content designed to defraud, such as fake testimonials, fabricated news footage, or impersonation of a real business.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
Reference images
Only upload images of yourself, of people who have given you explicit permission, or that you otherwise have the rights to use. Uploading a photo of someone to put words in their mouth is a breach of this policy.
Platform integrity
- Do not attempt to bypass credit deduction, rate limits or watermarking.
- Do not share, resell or automate access to your account credentials.
- Do not probe, scan or attack our infrastructure.
Disclosure
Video generated here is synthetic. Where the context could mislead — news, documentary, or anything presented as a record of real events — you should disclose that it is AI-generated. Many platforms and jurisdictions now require this.
Reporting
To report misuse, email support@triven.ai with details. We investigate every report.
